  Sales guy at the copy center was not helpful at all. I had trouble sending an email from my phone to his for an invite off of Dropbox and he just said, I don't know about your phone...really... He didn't even offer to help, I walked out. I will give my business to people who are helpful... disappointed!!

  Went here to buy a internet modem for my pc and wanted to do a price check on amazon prime.. I don't have a smartphone so my husband looked it up on our computer online and found a good price on it.. Well I go up to the customer service. Lady by the name of Noel R. looked it up and said hmm.. it's not much of a price change.. It was 80 dollars, they found it for sixty on their price machine. I told her she would have to look this up on the computer for her to see the price She said she couldn't do that. So I finally said ok.. Let me talk to your manager.. SHe gets on the walkie and asks for one and takes it over to the tech desk. She comes back and says, "I found it". Well, there was also a 5 dollar off coupon I wanted on it as well because taht was the deal on prime. She says I didn't see no coupon and rings it out. I say no, I want the coupon. I want a manager again.. So she finally gets me the coupon and the right price on it. She was unfriendly, rude and I definitely do NOT recommend this store to anyone! My husband and I have had nothing but PROBLEMS with this company for months! Forget Staples, Shop Best Buy...
